Who is responsible

Information we process

When you use Positec sign-in, we may process your name, email address, account identifiers, organization memberships, authentication events and product-access information needed to provide a shared sign-in service.

Google and Apple sign-in

If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, that provider sends Positec the identity information you authorize, normally your name, email address, profile image when available and a provider-specific account identifier. We use it only to create or authenticate your Positec identity, protect the service and connect you to participating Positec products.

We do not receive your Google or Apple password. We do not use provider sign-in data for advertising, and we do not sell it. Positec’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
