About these terms
These terms govern your use of positec.ai and Positec sign-in, provided by Positec Germany GmbH, Schanzenstrasse 22, 51063 Cologne, Germany. Individual Positec products may have additional terms. If those terms conflict with these terms for a product-specific feature, the product-specific terms apply.
Using the services
You may use the services only lawfully and in accordance with the access granted to you. You must not attempt to bypass security, interfere with operation, access another person’s account, probe systems without authorization or use the services to distribute harmful content.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods and devices secure and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Access to employee, partner or customer products depends on the organization and product permissions assigned to your account. Creating an account does not itself grant access to restricted systems.
External sign-in providers
Google and Apple sign-in are optional ways to authenticate with Positec. Your use of those providers remains subject to their own terms. Disconnecting a provider may require you to establish another sign-in method before you can continue accessing Positec products.
Content and intellectual property
The services, designs, trademarks, software and content supplied by Positec or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may use the services and content only for their intended purpose and within the permissions provided.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the services secure and available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, operational or product reasons.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Consumer rights that apply to you remain unaffected.

Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page. German law applies except where mandatory law in your country provides otherwise. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
